Some Notes On Spider Care
I have seen many write ups on what specific temp and what specific humidity for this species and that species.  Something I learned long ago from keeping Discus, a fresh water fish that everyone thinks is difficult to maintain, is that you can overcomplicate your own situation by overanalizing the details.  Two things I always keep in mind are: #1 This is a hobby, it should be fun. and #2 If it's not broken don't fix it.
My office stays at a constant 80 degrees all year and the humidity stays at 70%.  I don't actually worry about the humidity, it just happens to be on the same gauge with my temp.
I feed all my spiders that will eat once per week.  Any uneaten food is removed the following day.  While doing the weekly feeding everyone gets their water dish topped off.  With the exception of the species that prefer to be more humid in which case they get an additional light misting during the middle of the week.  These moisture dependent species include the Haplopelmas, T blondis, small Avics, Megaphobema and generally any of the other so called "wetter" species.
That is all.  No rocket science or secret Voodoo spells involved.  Just feed, water and look in on.  Instead of spending all my time worrying about whether my humidity is 79% or 80% I prefer to enjoy my animals.
